1. Eligibility to use the Service

The Service may be used only by individuals aged 18 or over. By accessing it, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and can legally accept these Terms. Use is not permitted where applicable law prohibits it.

2. Opening an account

Full access depends on account information that is accurate, complete and up to date. Keep your login credentials secure and remain responsible for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We may restrict or close accounts that violate these Terms, contain deceptive information or are connected with fraud or misuse.

3. Service scope and restrictions

MQL5 Algo provides AI-supported research across several asset categories, configurable market notifications and, where supported, automated order placement through linked brokerage accounts. The Service is offered for information and analysis only.

• MQL5 Algo does not receive, safeguard or manage your funds. Your money stays in the brokerage or exchange account that you control.
• We connect with your broker through API keys configured for reading and placing orders only. Those permissions do not allow funds to be withdrawn.
• Past results from a strategy or signal are not an indication of what may happen in the future.
• Trading may result in losses, including losing part or all of your initial capital.

4. No investment advice

Information about the Platform MQL5 Algo does not constitute financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI-generated research and signals are informational decision-support tools only. Consult a qualified financial adviser before deciding whether to invest. MQL5 Algo is not registered as an investment adviser, securities dealer or financial planner.

5. Charges and payments

Some Service features are available only with a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may be revised with 30 days’ notice. Fees do not include applicable taxes, which you must pay. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. At our discretion, a new subscriber may qualify for a refund within 14 days after the first payment.

6. Permitted use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of applicable legislation.
• Attempt to decompile, disassemble or discover the source code of the platform.
• Deploy automated tools to scrape, crawl or gather data from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense or use any part of the Service commercially without prior written permission.
• Damage, disrupt or reduce the availability, security or performance of the Service or associated systems.
• Engage in market manipulation, front-running or other behaviour that violates financial regulations.

7. Intellectual property rights

All Service materials, including text, software, algorithms, trademarks and confidential know-how, are owned solely by MQL5 Algo or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights in those materials. You need written authorisation to use our names, logos or trademarks.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MQL5 Algo WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, RUN WITHOUT FAULTS OR BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE.

9. Limits on liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MQL5 Algo WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGE WAS POSSIBLE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MQL5 Algo IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MQL5 Algo and its directors, officers, employees and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or violation of another party’s rights.

11. Term and termination

You may close your account from the account settings or by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or end access immediately if these Terms are breached. Once access ends, your authorisation to use the Service also ends, and account information may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of MQL5 Algo, without applying conflict-of-law rules. Disputes must first be resolved through binding arbitration in 200 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10166, United States under American Arbitration Association rules. Users in the EU or UK may also bring complaints before courts available in their local jurisdiction.

13. Revisions to these Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. If a significant change is planned, we will notify you by email or through the Platform at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the Service after that point means you agree to the updated Terms.
